Mosin Nagant 91/30 (Read that desc.)

Description
I present the Mosin Nagant, a.k.a. the "moist nugget."

One of the world's most mass-produced bolt action rifles. It was designed between 1882 and 1891 and originates from the Russian Empire. It fires the very powerful 7.62x54r cartridge, and if you'd ask me, does so well for what it is. The rifle holds five rounds in its internal magazine, can be fitted with a bayonet, and comes in many different variants that have popped between 1891 and 1965. It's a cheap rifle (some being of questionable quality), though it has probably served in every major military conflict in the 20th century and probably still sees action in some parts of the world.

This is NOT my model. I ported it over from Garry's Mod. The original model was created by Millenia and Alraekinn. You can find it here: https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=360437101&searchtext=mosin+nagant

Go subscribe and give the original model support.

IF the makers of this model want it taken down, please contact me immediately, and I will do so as soon as possible.

ALSO! Looking for posters to feature. Shoot me a note on my profile if you've made one using this model. I'll review it and possibly put it up there with the other pictures.

Issues and Noteworthy stuff:

If you are having any issues with this model, PLEASE let me know, I'll look into it. Also, the model lacks poseable components. Better suited for posters in general.

Yup, surplus ammo's some nasty stuff. Mosin's the only gun that's touching that surplus ammo. Since I don't tend to shoot more than 60 rounds at the range every visit, not a problem, plus the casings seem to make the bolt cycle the best out of any ammo I've shot.

wait, surplus ammo? you would be cleaning your gun alot more than you actually need to

It is a garbage rifle - I own one and shoot it on a regular basis. It was designed to be mass produced, so quality wasn't exactly on the top of the list. I'd take just about any of my milsurp guns over my 91/30. I hate the sights front and rear, the action is cheap and cycles like trash no matter how much I polish or grease the friction surfaces, and then there was the rimlock issue my 91/30 had, but that was exclusive to lacquer-coated steel cased ammo.

For what it's worth, it's definitely far from the worst bolt action out there. It's reasonably accurate once you get a feel for the one you have and is reasonably reliable if it's in good shape and had the cosmoline removed. It shoots a very powerful round too - 7.62x54r is no joke, heck I've taken mine deer hunting. It's a good corrosive surplus ammo shooter, though that would be more justifiable if the prices weren't constantly going through the roof on these things.

good model, but if you ask me. the weapon in real life, is complete garbage. so garbage in fact, someone called it the garbage rifle, and i know who ever is reading this is going to be like "OI, M8. THIS RIFLE IS GOOD" and if you are like this, ...dude this is just my personal opinion not a statement

I've thought about it, although this is just a port from Gmod. I do have some modeling skills under my belt as of now though, so it's certainly a possibility if I feel up to the task.
