TTT SlowMo SWEP.

Menu: Traitors
Type: Utility

What It Does:
Slows down time for a few seconds. But the owner of the swep keeps his movement speed.

Notes:
- While in slowmo the owner's health gets set to 175
- When slowmo ends if owner's health is above 100 it will be set to 100.
- 10 seconds after use the owners health will go back to what it was, If it was lower then what the owner has now.
- When used the owner will swap to his last used weapon for 1 second and then slowmo.

Convars:
- "ttt_slowmo_movementspeed" Set the owner speed multiplyer when in slowmo ("def 4")
- "ttt_slowmo_health" - Set the player to this health when the slow mo starts ("def 175")
- "ttt_slowmo_timescale" - Set the timescale while using SlowMo ("def 0.25")
- "ttt_slowmo_duration" - Set how long the game is in SlowMo for ("def 6")

Commands:
- ttt_slowmo_fixtimescale (Sets timescale to normal if bugged) -Server Console Only

Bugs:
- If used at the end of the round and it swaps before the slow mo ends. the game will be stuck in slowmo. (Dont worry i made a command "ttt_slowmo_fixtimescale" to use in the server console to set the timescale back to normal)
- Sometimes doesnt swap to the other weapon used.

How to improve:
- Add a new convar to modify how slow the game goes.
- Add a new convar to modify how long the game is slow for.
- Fix the stuck in slowmo bug (already fixable by using ttt_slowmo_fixtimescale in server console).
- Add a new convar to allow or disallow the ability the use the weapon to heal up (off by default).
- Give the weapon an icon.
- Create a sandbox version.
