Description
This is an older version of the puzzle. Follow the link to the current version of it. Thank you.

ABRIDGED DESCRIPTION
A large testing room awaits in front of you. You step inside, curious, as the lights shines upon the towering Laser Column in the middle of the room, concealing a Faith Plate...

ATTENTION: there are locations in which a misplaced portal can lock you permantely in the room, to avoid that I hid one-way escape routes in such locations. There is also a Pedestal Buttion on a ledge that RESETS ALL THE REFLECTIVE CUBES IN THE ENTIRE PUZZLE.

Please rate and comment the most current version of this puzzle. Thank you.

Hello everyone.

Since I "saved as" the updated version of this puzzle I can no longer update this one in this page, as so, I have released the v2 update for this puzzle as a separate map.

If any one is available to retest it, I would appreciate it, thank you.

Oh! And this version of the map will be removed from my workshop. Eventually. xD

I knew about the cube+funnel thing, I originally though it to be just like that, but then I had LOTS of problems with the playtesting that I ultimately dropped that only solution and opted for the twin possibilities: funnelling just the cube and funnelling yourself to the button and place a portal there and later place the cube, that's why there's an 'escape route' right next to the glass column

No problem, I actually made it on purpose to show you how you can skip some parts of the puzzle. I'm always proving feedback so that authors can fix exploits, shortcuts etc.
The funnel thing, at least for the cube, wasn't really necessary but it might save some time for the sphere.
OK will check back when you update the map.

@XLR8br

This was my first map, I think no one can make a perfect map on their first attempt, but thank you for the feedback!

Also, thanks for the video, managed to notice quite a few things that you 'cheated' your way through =). I'll change the map around to avoid those... shortcuts.

I think the most interesting thing about your playthrough is the way you use of the funnel, I never thought of using it the way you did, perhaps isolating it in a single portalable square will avoid many of your shortcuts.

I'll post a notice once I've updated the map.

I'm enjoying your maps so far but this one was a bit tedious. I spent more time figuring out what connected to what rather than solving it. I didn't use the faith plate and some other stuff, here's a video for you .

Pretty much anything that can be loaded into the puzzle counts towards the item limit (even the antlines!) so, should you exaggerate with the light strips, it is bound to give you a max item error.

Check this discussion to have and idea of how 'expensive' items can be:
https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/workshop/discussion/882949475711644737/?appid=620

Even though lights strips are rather 'cheap', using loads of them maxes out the limit pretty easily. If you check my map 'The Laser Vault', I tried to cover the entire side walls of the laser grids with light strips, but I was unable to so I chose the pattern that is now in the puzzle...
My final advice is: find a pattern for the lights that feels natural to your puzzle and use it around the pyramid.

Well done again, please advice me about the light strips. Do they have infuence in the maximum amount of items? I was creating a piramid but this gave me errors on the same issue. I had to remove some lasers.
