Somewhat Impeding Mountains

Description
Similar to Mike's "Impeding Mountains" ( https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=541329370 ), this mod will bump up the movement cost for mountains. However, having a base movement cost of 40 can sometimes be problematic. In my case it was a random map where the Dwarves were surrounded by mountains, making invasions difficult and moving non-mountaineering troops (such as non-dwarf heroes) out of the home area VERY difficult. This mod tunes those values down a little so that every unit should at least be able to move one space through mountains per turn.

-----------
These are the changes:

Base mountain movement cost: 28

w/ basic mountaineering: 14
w/ improved mountaineering: 8

w/ floating: 14
w/ flying: 8

Great mod idea, both original and this 'rebalance'. Anything that enhances the importance of position and strategy layer is welcome.

I love the balance this mod gives.

Great mod and thanks to both you and the original mod maker Mike for implementing this!

Thanks. When I was playing the SP campaign I made assumptions about mountains which turned out to be incorrect. This matches up with my expectations.

I like this as I felt that mountains in the base game are too easy to pass. Now mountains are real obstacles, but not problematic. So thanks for the mod.

In what pack did you make these changes?

I'm glad to see this mod. I tried to original, but I got stuck with a quest I couldn't fulfill because the bad guys were in the mountains. I couldn't get them and they couldn't get me.:steamsad:

@Mike Thanks a lot! Now that you mention it I realize that I forgot to actually link your mod in the description myself. Honestly, I personally prefer the limits you use in your mod from a gameplay perspective, but it sadly does occasionally cause issues.

:HappyMask: Great to see this, a few people had requested a modification along these lines and now I don't have to feel bad about being to lazy to accomodate them. I'll toss a link to this on my page for anyone who wants a more resaonable balanced approach
