Assault Course - Chamber 1

Description
This is the first of the Apeture Science Empire assault courses. Test subjects are reminded that the Empire wants the best, and that failure to complete the mandatory citizen aptitude testing is punishable by death.

The hit and miss aspect is deliberate. I wanted to open this level with a surprise. It may have worked better mid way through though since then they would be prepared for the unexpected and be more ready to shoot the portals but it was the first idea I had that day.

Loved the laser course area! Also the lack of lighting for the last area was a nice idea, really made me hesitate whether I could shoot a portal there or not with all those turrets. The issue would be the beginning as the concept is a little "hit & miss", though I understand the idea of the piston being used as a horizontal platform. Keep up the nice work!
