Blinded by the Light Flashbang

Description
Adds Manfred Mann's 1976 Cover of Blinded by the light to the flashbang detonation sounds

Originally I wanted it to replace the ringing that occurs as a result, but couldn't exactly where that was located in the sound files

This was an extremely difficult undertaking, requiring a whole 5 minutes of work

Heya, could you edit the mod so it just plays "Blinded by the light" and not a long portion?
