He's finally here! Welcome KITT to Unturned! (KITT: Thanks Michael!)

Changelog (v2.0) :

- Fixed all the loud sounds
- Fixed the scanner (Now it just sound in "Area" not around all the map)
- Fixed and rescaled some things of the mesh
