Adds a bunch of new variations for the CEDA infected, including females.
Both the L4D2 and the L4D1 model are replaced and both will have their respective heads!

I could add the boots to this mod directly. There is no way to make both mods compatible with each other because they both replace the same infected model file.

It just gives the default Ceda boots instead of the really inappropriate shoes they have in vanilla XD
