Check out this park, if you see on the right, you will see all the required items that you must subscriber to in order for this to function properly. If it has a tcik mark to it, then you have the item reuired, but if not, then you have to subscribe to it first.

I use the loading screen mod to check whether items have the required 3rd party items and it shows you a list of assest that are missing.

The problem is that the missing assets are not listed as required items.

Just check in your workshop on steam, select your custom asset, and then there is a "Add/Remove required items" option to the right. You need to list all the 3rd party items that is not part of the vanilla game. You can also specify whether it is DLC dependant, the works, so just have a look there.

This park needs three addition assests, maybe you can add them as dependencies?
