Extended Duration for Crafting Skill Potions

Description
I found it stressful trying to get all my smithing done in 30 seconds while using a smithing potion, so I extended the duration to 5 minutes. Works on both smithing and enchanting potions. DLC add-ons are available as well

it's only the vanilla ingredients. Dragonborn and Dawnguard each only release one ingredient with the fortify enchanting effect. Might release an add-on for each of them once I have a new hard drive and can uncompress the files needed for modifying the dlc's.
