costs: 120 minerals
upkeep: 3 energy
effect: planet happiness +5%

In-game description is: "A combination nature preserve and recreation area, this complex helps citizens relax."

I probably won't update it, the stellaris updates have changed so much and I stopped playing a while ago. Thank you for your interest, though!
