The Ids are as follows: (To spawn in use the command @give id)

Ray gun: 7012

Ray gun shell: 7013

If you want the effect ids for some reason well here they are

Ray gun explosion: 700

Ray gun muzzle: 701

Also custom effects will eventually be created.
