Disable hunger for all difficulties

Description
Simple mod to remove hunger. This version disables hunger for all difficulties and reduces the pixel penalty for death on Survival mode to 20%.

Credit goes to Tatsu for the idea with their Hunger Disabler for Hardcore.

I can handle the hunger in game but honestly, it's just annoying.
All it does is add more inventory management and slow you down.

@jasonwolf1495 Yup. I like having some sort of punishment for death on Survival, but the hunger mechanic is just annoying. Especially in early game having to balance between fighting, exploring, and hunting seems like an artificial extension. If there was a more reliable way of getting food in early game than the hunting bow I don't think it would bother me so much.
