Particle Thrust

Description
Return and modificate Particle Thrust tech that been deleted in release of the game.
To get it you need to do a quest from tech scientist at the outpost.
Old ingame description - Press and hold Jump plus a direction in the air to float around with this Particle Thrust tech.

Nice to have this back -- I almost solely use multijump, so having more options similar to it is cool.

it would be neat if the quest cost some of those tech cards in addition to your base quest cost.
