Apex Ship for Avian

Description
Replaces Avian ship with Apex ship. For existing characters, ship will transform into the Apex one the next time you upgrade it. Remove every decoration, crafting table, block, and wall before upgrading for the first time.

Multiplayer friendly, just don't upgrade your ship while connected to a server that isn't running the mod. Bad things will happen. Not compatible with mods that add new ship tiers.

You would have to start and generate a new ship.

I have the avian shiplocker and sail, is there a way to reset these?

If you already maxed your ship, you will have to start a new character to use the Apex one.
