Markarth: Dwarven Horse Armor
Windhelm: Ebony Horse Armor
Riften: LEATHER Horse Armor
Solitude: Dragonbone Horse Armor
Frost: Altered Model & Texture from Sader325's Divine Saint Mod

There is and ingame NPC guide (NOT A VENDOR) located at the whiterun stables to answer any common questions you may have. "

The Whiterun Player horse is essential and has Nordic Armor.The Whiterun Horse is in the Screenshot.

All horses are essential,including all player horses,plus all the horses you purchase and the Hearthfire horses you purchase.

Spell Tomes have been added for conjuring Horses with Armor.

A Horse Merchant has been added to the Whiterun Stable.

You can purchase the Spell Tomes from him.

There is also a Spell Tome to Summon the Horse Merchant.

You can make the Horse Merchant Summon Spell Tome at any Blacksmith Forge with the right ingredients.

Glowing Mushroom,Snow Berry,Spell Tome Conjure Familiar and a purchased Filled Common Soul Gem.

You can summon the horse merchant anywhere,anytime,he will buy and sell anywhere and anytime.
