From my experience this mod does not work in 1.3, I get several crashes to desktop in some solar systems.
Alberich 27 Oct, 2016 @ 7:44pm
will this work for 1.3? I just need more star names because i am running a larger galaxy and having blank systems is annoying :(

@Wingstorm This will, as long as your larger galaxy doesn't have more than 3,800 stars.

Subscribing. I'm using a mod that allow a larger galaxy and have dozens of systems with no name assigned to them.
Hope this helps solve that problem!

@Soláire As far as I know, there is currently no good way to create an entire pre-generated galaxy with statically assigned star names. The names in this mod, like the names in the stock Stellaris star names file, are assigned randomly. This mod only attempts to create a sense of authenticity by using real names for randomly generated stars, but does not (and cannot, yet) accurately model the position of these stars in the Milky Way.

How do you name each star correctly? I mean you must have the coordinates, then view the galaxy map from the Sol system, do you just guess which star belongs to what name? Or can you actually figure it out?
