btw: With loaded energy cells (wich are loading in standby) this ship still can afford to go with warp 4

aaaaand here you will have plenty of space to strip down and rebuild it for your needs.
If you cut down some sublight speed (wich isnt that important anymore) you can remove some Ion engines, this way the build will not go that heavy on steel. Without extraction/refinery it will move up to 750 m/s wich would make a decent hauler with looooads of space
