Belgica Regia's Hainaut

Adds the County of Hainaut, which existed from the Middle Ages until the start of the Napoleonic era, and is now part of Belgium and France. Half its territory was ceded to king Louis XIV's France in the late 17th century.

Support added for Events & Decisions (highly recommended), Ryoga's Unique Cultural Infuence, YnAEMP, Ethnic Units and Cultural Diversity.
This mod is part of my "Belgica Regia" pack, but now released separately on request. This should also fix unpacking problems people were having with the full mod.


Leader: Guillaume I

UA: Sillon Industriel: Start with Mining technology. Before the Modern Age, worked mines with a Borain on top return bonus Production to the city. Coal Resources provide double quantity.

UB: Lace Centre, replaces Zoo: Provides a copy of the Lace luxury resource. +1 Culture.

UU: Borain, replaces Worker: Is not slowed by rough terrain. From the Modern Age onwards the Borain can call a General Strike when in a city, reducing the cost of the next Social Policy by up to 25%.
