did anyone make one these yet? -> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wave_power ,it might replace the bulky design of many of hydro plant but be for those green dlc but I am just putting out there see if anyone made something like that?

For your Hydro-plant does require to be need be near river or by a water source to collect energy waves? Does have object which it tethers it requirement to gather power because that would be cool device, like it be such as, storage for hydro energy, and whatever 'object' you create collects the power by either remote, or through wires? if hydro-plant had the ability no sound, no pollution you could place it in center of new town and then use whatever gather water energy? Does that makes sense, I am not eco-nut so don't ask. I hope your okay with crazy suggestion.
