I just made it bigger and removed the trees and other props. I also made it free placing. Enjoy

@ArchArtas Really? I'm not sure what it could be, this asset is very simple so i'm not sure why it would crash your game. Maybe it is something else like a mod conflict? If the issue persists and you know it is this asset I would contact Katalamdba who made the original

Captain-NO is correct, I did not make this asset, I just removed all the trees and made it bigger
