Description
This mod modifies multiplayer gameplay into an MMO-style game. A galaxy of 5000 stars is added and players cannot declare war on each other if one's fleet power overwhelms the other's. It is made for a multiplayer game to be hosted and kept running 24/7 at

Sorry I haven't updated this mod in a while--I'm holding off until the 1.3 update
