Charger from Left 4 Dead 2 now a Playermodel and Npc also I used the proportion trick, so the model can i have one big arm and one small arm, Enjoy!

NOTE: When the npc dies it will not ragdoll I do not know why, if any one know's how to fix please tell me in the comments.
