Description
Bill, before his Green Beret got gunked up.

This is a simple retexture of Bill with his clothes cleaned to an "everyday wear" look, along with a mildly enhanced face texture also cleaned of dirt and blood. Affects both the player model and weapon arms.

Being a retexture, this should be compatible with most mesh modifications of Bill, but it will not be compatible with any addons or reskins that replace or otherwise alter his textures.
