Climb to the very top of the building and grab the key to the armory below by climbing on the platforms to the right or by other means. You can also just hang around in the ground floor and above, whatever you prefer.

Theres also a nice "pool" down below if you feel like "relaxing." (Its much fuller than it looks in the screenshot)
