Special Stage Smooth Rotation in Sonic REV00

Description
This mod adds the smooth rotation style of the special stages in the iOS/Android version of Sonic 1 to REV00 of Sonic 1 (the typical North American and PAL version of the game). Credit goes to Cinossu from Sonic Retro for discovering how to change this behavor, Shicky256 on Youtube for converting it to Game Genie codes, and the Game Genie Guy! program that allowed me to patch the ROM.

If you want to try this on an actual REV00 cartridge, the Game Genie code is:
