This is an edit of rp_downtown_v4c_v4_sewers with a nicer name and new things.

Features everything from rp_downtown_v4c_v2 and:
More houses & rooms
Sewers
Barn-like building and 2 small storage sheds
A lake/beach with docks
A second floor with mayors office to make PD a bit bigger :)
Cool empty grass area

does anyone know what textures are included in this? i keep getting errors and pick checkerboards and id like to have the textures so i can fully enjoy the map :) i do like what ive seen though :))!

Maybe they locked it on the sever or something, if i recall correctly it blends in perfectly with the floor in the small shed buildings.
