Oakenfjord Hideaway

Description
This my third mod for Skyrim. I was aiming to make a convenient, good-sized player home. It is an underground house with Solitude-themed architecture and all the things you would need in a house. It features:

Vanilla Skyrim content only. No expansion/addons required.
Multiple labelled, no respawn chests for every type of item
Alchemy Table
Enchantment Table
Cooking Pot
3 Manniquins
Smeltery
Forge
Grind Stone
Workbench
Close access to Whiterun Stable and front gate

I have played 50+ hours with this as my house with fast travel disabled and it served me just fine.

The key is on one of two bodies that are located just past the north Riverwoord bridge. The bodies are on a small ledge on the river. There is a bug where the body with the key would fall into the river and wash up further down the river on the other side.

Version 1.1 - Moved bodies that carry the key closer to the road. Made the lock a master lock, so if the bodies are gone, you can still open the door.
Version 1.0 - Initial Release

I edited the terrain and rock formations just past the Whiterun walls, so any aesthetic mods that add things around the Whiterun gate might cause an issue

@bobbart5, just after the first archway at the Whiterun enterance, go down the small waterfall on the left and it will be right there. The images in the slideshow of the workshop show where it is. It is a wooden, mine-like doorway in the rocks. The keys to the door are on a body just past the Riverwood Bridge on the north side along the river.

@Ashleynehring23, there are two bodies on the shore of the river just north of Riverwood, one of them has the key. Although, I noticed on one test run, the body with the key sometimes floats down the river, and is then beached on the other side of the river. So, just look between the Riverwood bridge and the waterfall. Or if you cannot find it, I am pretty sure I made the door a master lock, so you don't need it.
