What is gm_coolmap?

gm_coolmap is my second map i've made for source. It includes a large building, a pool, and a HYPER-REALISTIC 3D SKYBOX. The building is great for making bases. The pool includes UBER-REALISTIC WATER TEXTURES and SUBPAR-WATER PHYSICS. If you like it please leave a comment!
