Cityscape- Undercity Block

This structure is best used as a foundation for larger structures to stand on. It is hollow, and is best used as a set piece. The tops have been left flat to allow building to be placed or for walkways to be made, though they do not need to stay flat.

It does not come with lights, lcd screens, or anything other than light armor blocks. This is for loading / lag purposes, add those items as necessary.
