Spencer 1882 HUD Icon

Description
So I want to start making HUD icons but I have no idea if I even made this one right. If not please don't bark in my face that its not working. I will test it and see if it works if not I'll try and fix it.

Fixed the folder names, they were originally material and script when they needed to be materials and scripts forget the silly s at the end.

Note when I tried the mod I had no audio for anything except survivors but I think this is due to me trying to update my audio cache and my game froze so I hard shutdown L4D2 in which I think it may have messed up all my audio. If someone could maybe check to see if the audio missing is due to the mod I'd greatly appreciate it.
