[WIP] Mysterious Stranger

Despite sadly never having played Fallout and only learning about him through Fallout Shelter and YouTube videos, I felt the need to make a Mysterious Stranger addon for Garry's Mod, so, here it is!

This addon is in its very early stages and is mostly just a proof-of-concept, it will work as expected but it doesn't look beautiful yet.

Simply add this addon and when you are fighting with NPCs, there is a random chance he will be triggered to spawn. When triggered, time freezes, he appears near the NPC, the intro sound is played and a message show, and everyones camera view placed behind him (this addon works on servers), the NPC is then quickly killed, the camera goes back to the player, he disappears, time resumes to normal, and the outro sound is played.

TO-DO:
Fix timings (problematic at times)!
Better camera angles
Make him actually do something other than stand there
Give him a different skin
Make his kill notifcation say Mysterious Stranger and not GMan
Ensure he doesn't accidentally not get removed
And a lot more other things and stuff

To change the frequency of his appearance, change the convar msfreq which is the number of times out of given value that he will kill (default 100, so 1 out 100 times).

There is a 30 second cool down.
