10 Gate Moving Cursor

Moves a "cursor" back and forth along 10 gates. Should be handy for making video games.

The black and yellow section is UltraGPower's "X5 DL stepper V2" which moves a cursor along 5 gates, plus I'm using his "military grade flipflop."

I didn't work to make it pretty or compact. If someone else wants to do that, feel free with credit to me and UltraGPower.
