Description
Quick story summary:
==========
Four young hobbits get so high off pipe-weed that they find themselves in a futuristic sci-fi trip somewhere in the middle of the Shire. You must keep them high, build a colony and welcome new friends and ultimately launch into space so you can smoke for eternity with Tobold Hornblower.

Difficulty:
==========
Easy. You can control the difficulty of this scenario with the storyteller options. Your guys will usually be stoned which will make them move slow and whatnot, but other than that it's not too hard. Friendly for people new to the game!

Quick summary of what makes this Hobbit-like:
==========
You start off stoned and tolerant of smokeleaf; in fact, just about everyone is. You have a stash of joints, leaves and beer. Beer and drug research unlocked at start. Frequent friendly visitors of all kinds, most of them stoned. Brewing speed is sped up. Social impact and entertainment strength is stronger.

Story:
==========
On a not-so-special day in the Shire, four young hobbits set out to enjoy a fresh batch of pipe-weed they procured earlier in Longbottom. To celebrate, they made their way to their favorite inn in the small settlement of Hardbottle.

Of course, no reason to wait when you can enjoy Old Toby along the path.

But as what usually goes with pipe-weed, our four hobbit friends consume just a little too much. They pause for a moment, not recognizing their surroundings.

Did they take a wrong turn back at Sackville? Or perhaps the leaf has tinkered and meddled with their noggins. Again.

This was certainly not the Shire at all. This was a foreign place with strange animals and complicated gadgets and beeping gizmowhatzits.

So they decided to do what any strong-willed hobbit would do: they set up camp until they come down from their high. Unfortunately, they never do.

It's your job to help the four hobbits take their camp too far and turn it into a full blown colony where they can enjoy their pipe-weed with each other and all the good folk that comes to visit them.

The ultimate goal is to build a spaceship and lift off into the calm Shire sky where they can smoke with Tobold Hornblower until the end of time.

Your faction will be a colony.
Start with 4 people.
Your people will be between 22 and 26 years old.

Player starting characters have a 60% chance to start with trait: Optimist
All characters have a 100% chance to start with stoned on smokeleaf.
All characters have a 90% chance to start with Smokeleaf tolerance.
Player starting characters have a 10% chance to start with Smokeleaf dependence.

Start with research: Brewing

The stat "entertainment strength factor" will be universally multiplied by 150%
The stat "social chat impact" will be universally multiplied by 200%
The stat "brewing speed" will be universally multiplied by 200%

-Friendly raid - every 12 days
-Visitor group - every 3 days
-Traveller group- every 6 days

Unfortunately no. I just gave them hobbit names and pretend they are hobbits :P Throw in some ale and pipe-weed and they may as well be!

Are they actually hobbits? As in, new race and graphics? That would be great if so.
