Kerrigan (Roller Car/Tank)

Description
Hallo, First off THIS IS CALSIFIED AS A WALKER BY THE GAME (Technically its not though.)

The way it moves around is via those orbs, I know its not the best way to get around and that wheels would be far more effective, I built this as an experiment to see simply if I 'could' use orbs as a form of movment.

And the result is, yes, yes you can, Although I hope the dev one day gives them a bit more grip becouse right now they are far to "slip N slide" for my taste.

Since I already had the locomotion figured out I went ahead and decked this out with a "pop-out" turret and some launchers that also "pop out" as well as armor plates that move and can be concentrated to the front.
That combined with this rigs ability to strafe allows for some good atack runs although like I earlier stated it dosnt have good grip and thus is slow.

If retrofitted with wheels this can become a real contender in PvP

Enjoy!

Depends really, The game has been updated and it slides allot less now, but before it used to have trouble with steeper hills (Once the wheels starting sliding it lost all traction)

But, Thats been fixed pretty well now and it's working allot better!

Never found a use for it in pvp though? Seems the very few pvp servers that pop up aren't limited well and usually are dominated by mover powered flying mechs, along with other such OP tomfoolery.

Are you playing private servers? Or is there somthing I am missing here?

I have definatly considered it, This is just the first draft of it, I generally update my stuff as I work on it!

Do expect a later version with changes made.:steamhappy:

Have you tried adding sleds at 100 strength? That should definitely increase the grip.
