Ah, gotcha. Though I have found you can fly in Free Cam mode, just using the arrow keys in place of the mouse for steering.

And I was mistaken, that wasn't the front. The first cockpit I had found was facing backwards, so the ship flew backwards. If we could do local MP, I could show you what I mean, though.

Looks very nice. Though I did notice what seems to be a few missing details on the front/bottom.
