Description
This mod allows AI tribal characters to create Merchant Republics when they meet the normal criteria.

I've tried to set it so that tribals are still much more likely to become feudal but will occasionally choose to become republics instead. Only duke level characters will take the decision to avoid getting Republic of Norway etc. too often.

If you have any feedback please comment. Are there enough republics? Too many? Let me know what you think : D

Does not edit any vanilla files so should be compatible with most mods.

Not necessarily that long. It's having an AI be max tribal org + organised religion + being econ focused that really seems to take the time. I could turn off the requirement but that seems like feature creep.
