Population/Emplacement/Sniper modifier (DISCONTINUED)

Description
Population cap set to 500 and emplacements cost no population. Snipers can now take 1 shot without being revealed; However, if they take a second shot within a set time then they will be revealed.

I AM LEAVING A LINK TO THE VERSION OF THIS MOD THAT I CAN STILL CHANGE. IF YOU DONT WANT THAT VERSION THEN ENJOY THIS ONE AS I AM LEAVING IT HERE UNLESS MOST OF THE CURRENT SUBSCRIBERS UNSUBSCRIBE.

Pity you're not supporting it anymore, it was a good mod, but it doesn't work properly since the new patch. It causes several command abilities to not function or even appear in the toolbar.

And my files broke and i cant see my mod any longer... i will try for a little longer to find this mods files. if i cant then i will have to recreate it... I apologize for any inconvience.

If you wish to make suggestions feel free. But dont say mod is broke, this is made for my group that plays and is under constant tweaking. ill ignore any comment saying mod is broke that doesnt actually give useful tips.
