Loop Gate

Description
A logic gate connected to itself.

AND = pretty much useless
OR = One shot detection. resets upon lift.
XOR = 1 tick flip flop(pulsar on odd inputs)
NAND = pulsar upon AND, normally on
NOR = pulsar, any input will turn off
XNOR = inverted 1 tick flip flop(Pulsar on even inputs)

I went into the blueprint.json and put its own ID in its list of connections.
