Would it be possible to remove the colonize unlimited requirement for this patch, seeing as strange homeworlds is now standalone as well?

Nothing in the update changed in this mod. I've upped the compatibility number.

Following the latest updates to Strange Homeworlds and Ethic&Government Rebuild, this 'patch' is effectively obsolete and does not work properly, as evidenced just by looking at the planet and government selection tabs upon species creation. Is there any possibility of having this patch updated? These two mods are my two favorite ones on the workshop but I'm having to decide between the two currently.
