S.S. Horus NCC-012

At the end of the 2100's, the NX clas was finally retired, after serving for almost a century. Their replacement, the Horus class, was a radical departure from the NX, as it formed a "classic" look of a starship. The ship also saw the increase of jump drives, to 6 units, doubling the range of one jump. These ships formed the backbone of the Starfleet, with 20 built and being used untill the late 23rd century. However, these ships were later seen as failures, while having the same armament and more decks and space for shuttles (4 can be stored in the bay), the ships were sluggish and slow to manuver. By the end of their service life, only 4 remained in service, and they were converted to cargo carriers.
