Makes minor tweaks to how crime is handled

EDIT: Since people complained about their not being a description I'll explain.

I made this mod for myself. Its hosted here because I don't want to lose it. Lazy? Yes. Anyway here is what it does. It changes the price for crime and makes it 50 gold per one day in jail.

Why you ask? Because some moron at Bethesda capped jail at 10 days, and 100 gold per day. Meaning 1 murder = just 10 days in jail. 2 murders = STILL 10 days in jail. I wanted this to be changed, because when role playing an ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ I killed ~30 people and only got 10 days for it.

So its mostly personal stuff. Want longer jail sentences and bigger fines? Here you go.
