N7 CRUSADER

Description
Today the Ranger class gets a touch of the "Mass Effect" with this ME3 Collectors Edition N7 Crusader Riot Shotgun. The riot shotgun is a precision weapon, and fires armor piercing slugs instead of spraying shrapnel. This means the Crusader relies on the wielders accuracy to "stay on target", rather than the usual "somewhere over there" approach taken by scattergun weaponry.

N7 Crusader;

Bruised and bloody Alliance marines on Torfan attributed their survival against waves of batarian mercenaries to the precision and stopping power of the Crusader. With a design patterned on riot shotguns, this weapon has a moderate rate of fire that rewards careful aiming. Since this accuracy provides little room for error, the Crusader is primarily used by highly trained soldiers.

Manufactured by the Systems Alliance

If you have kept up with my other ME weapon projects, you would know I had a tough time with the Mattock. Well things after that got a lot worse, and I wasted a full day on "bad" projects. So I took some sage advice "Keep calm and have a cuppa". It was just after a nice brew I remembered Wrex rocking the AI with a shotgun, and I thought...why not.

This baby is almost a perfect port. Almost zero edits required on the model for Xcom, with only the trigger and some duplicate polygons needing cleaned out. However things got a little hinky with the animations, then I re-read the info on the gun and realised its a slug and not shrapnel. WEEEEEEE! Things got going again, some things "clicked" and with some effort in the textures the Crusader came out looking prety nice I think.

*NOTE*
Attachements DO NOT appear on the weapon; This is NOT a bug, its a design decision to keep the weapon from looking "fugly as hell" with attachments added. This is purely cosmetic, and stats will update when attachments are added.

To do list
-----------
Bug fix
Double check for bugs again.
Shoot some aliens in the face with the N7 Crusader
Tripple check for bugs, because they have a habit of creeping up.

If you like this, please rate it. I'm only doing this so you lot have some nice stuff, and ratings give me some encouragement. Thank you kindly.

@AoD Will you be updating this mod for WOTC?

Bit of an update today. Fixed the grimmy loot bug and added a patch for LW2 compatability. LW2 patch needs testing so if its broke or needs tweaking to match correctly just let me know.

Crusader comes with armor piercing slugs as standard.

Love the way the crusader looks, but looking at the stats only isn't it just a worse version of the shotgun?
