Flag - Livonia

This mod replaces the flag of Livonia with a similar, historically-accurate flag used in the same timeline, mainly done because the regular Livonian flag does not fit properly on the shield.

As with any simple-flag-change mods, this is Ironman Compatible.
Compatible with any other mod that does not change Livonia's flag.
Should be compatible regardless of supported version.
