Take it off the lift and delete the red block to free Norby from the Controlling vehicle. Bring Norby around to stand in front of the black seat. The black seat is for controlling his body language. Just try it to see what he can do. The grey seat is for driving him around. Why a different seat? Because the driver's wheel gets in the way of recording Norby do his thing. The white seat is for driving the Controlling vehicle.

REMOTE WARNING: After freeing Norby, don't put the controlling vehicle on a lift or the remote connection will be lost. Remote is also lost when you exit the world, but you can just spawn in a new one.
