Take it off the lift and delete the red block to free Vinny from the Controlling vehicle. Bring Vinny around to stand in front of the blue seat. The blue seat is for controlling his body language. Just try it to see what he can do. The red seat is for driving him around. Why a different seat? Because the driver's wheel gets in the way of recording Vinny do his thing. The white seat is for driving the Controlling vehicle.

REMOTE WARNING: After freeing Vinny, don't put the controlling vehicle on a lift or the remote connection will be lost. Remote is also lost when you exit the world, but you can just spawn in a new one.
