Cirno Lancer Evo ⑨

This is something that was intended for a year ago, but I ran into issues with Trackmania not playing nice with .zip files sometimes and gave up on it. Now it's finished for this year instead. The design is fairly simple and is meant to bring Cirno's dress design to mind. The ⑨ on the roof is supposed to be the same light blue colour as the rear of the car and the ⑨s on the wing; I'm not sure why it isn't most of the time.
