This is my 56 Upload to the BlockStorm Workshop, This character is based off of Wrath from the Batman's New 52 Detective Comics "The Wrath of Batman", Elliot Caldwell was the sidekick to the original Wrath, a child sociopath twisted and molded in the anti-Batman's dark image.
