Outland Road

Description
The road from the end of episode 1. No rails. Also there is a bug but since not all ep1 textures appear in hammer I can't really fix it. Requires Half Life 2 Episode 1

to do:
add light
probably add a citadel
try to somehow fix the "bug"

note: forgot to enable vvis, shouldnt affect anything, and might be the reason for the "bug" but i dont think it is
