Fixed Unit Flags

Description
Fixes a bug in the base game where a Unit Flag that went red at some point would never be able to show action points except if you reloaded that save.

That means that units you mind control will show their action points, and units you regain from enemy mind control will show them too, which wasn't the case before.

Compatibility:
No overrides, changes the Flash file gfxUnitFlag.upk.

Confirmed working with Gotcha! and Additional Icons.

Additional Icons is the mod that shows more Info on the Unit Flags in the screenshot.

The enemy depicted is just a test enemy for a mod in progress. It was the reason I initially made this fix.

It can only show three AP, and I can't fix that.

Is it possible in the base game to show more than 3 action points on the unit flag? Through a combination of abilities and mods from Grimy's Loot, I had a unit with 4 action points but only 3 showed

Me too, which is why I delved into the depths of UI Flash code and literally needed to edit single hex values in certain files, but the result is no compatibility issues.
